Insurance
Jenny Gupton is the office manager as well as sole proprietor of
Maui Medical Billing and Coding, a company that processes all payments and claims.
She is an active member of the AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders).
Patients will be asked to pay up front, and will receive an invoice known as a "walk out sheet'" which they can submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.

Cosmetic Wrinkle Treatment
Dr. Lorrie Klein will be providing Botox, Juvederm, Restylane and Radiesse treatments at Minit-Medical Lahaina. Please check her weblog for available treatment dates.

Housecalls
Housecalls and resort/condo visits are subject to availability of the covering physician, and are subject to an additional housecall fee that most insurance providers do not cover. The evaluation and management, prescription, injectables, dressings, treatments, etc. are charged in addition to the housecall fee.
